The Dutch translation is finished, the book is available in print at

The file is to big to post it as an attachment, so also mail it to Adam.

The link is still dead, i think it should be replaced with a link to this page. The free e-book has also links to an old website, maybe the book has had an upgrade that is not processed yet? I am currently busy translating the first edition, are there any important revisions until now? The Dutch translation is almost ready, when it is it will be posted here.
