I just spent several hours looking at properties at the ranch. Seems to be some good deals but pretty harsh looking land. Can we have some more discussion on the area from folks who are on the ground there? How are local homesteaders doing? How deep is the water? ETC.

Just wondering how hands off/on the local rulers are.
How active are the locals in living free? Free from telling their neighbors how to live by using the local rulers to enforce their will? Think HOA.
Any thought given to organizing the locals to run for county government seats to bring change to any anti freedom rules of law?
