FREEDOM! may not be the biggest talk around the UK, but I'm determined to wake people up! :D If you're from the UK and want to help me, talk to me!... I don't bite. Let's get a head start in the UK while Adam's working in the US! ;)

If you have the time, it would be great if you could visit Birmingham! (Apologies for repeatedly bringing it up ;D ) I could do some hunting for a venue within Birmingham, but if you're unable to fit a date and time in, then I guess travelling to Manchester or London would be cool!

Side note... I was considering either writing my own blog or starting my own YouTube channel (or both!) to promote the idea of Voluntaryism, and obviously, spread the message of FREEDOM! :D I suppose it could be like a FREEDOM! Network... while you're stuck in the US, I can promote here in the UK ;)   ;D

Hey v3yrons!  It seems Freedom! is being talked about a little bit there!  Great step today.  Keep waking people up...something is definitely happening!!!

Is it indeed! With all that's happening in the world at the moment, the message is definitely easier to spread! I'm planning on taking even more steps towards grabbing peoples attention :) Debating with friends is fun and interesting but reaching out to complete strangers is definitely more effective! ;)

Hey v3yrons! Y'all had Brexit and people here in Texas are talking Texit! Of course we have been talking about for years now, maybe we will make a bigger move in that direction. Hey I don't know if this will help but I help admin the Citizens Action Network and we have a UK page and we could use more help and it is another way to spread the message, let me know if you are interested or want to discuss it further. Just curious... what's your approach? If you've got half a personality in front of a camera and could stop people in the UK on the street like Adam does, seems like if I were Adam I'd think that'd be a cool thing to feature!

Hi Stradog! Brexit was an amazing step forward for the UK, and Texit would be equally important for the people of Texas! One step at a time, localization will be achieved to put the world in a more peaceful and free state for all who mean well.

The Citizens Action Network seems like an effective way of communication! I'll definitely look into being a part of what the community has to offer! Thanks! ;D

Hi AnarchoRyan! Any peaceful approach would be an effective one. As long as I'm getting the word out, there's no reason why the message of FREEDOM! would fail! Once you're hooked on the idea of Voluntaryism and the NAP, there's no going back!

I guess interviews/conversations/debates would be a great way to explore (anti)-political beliefs of others. Adam has proved how entertaining yet informative simply talking to a stranger can be, and so I'll definitely keep it in mind when coming up with ideas!

Currently, while on a budget, and struggling for time, I have limited resources and barely anyone willing to help out :-\  However... video editing, writing, and simply handing out pieces of paper are all available methods of communication. I may not have the time, money, or people... but I have the passion and commitment to help out. Changing minds one at a time ;)

I think it would be really interesting to see how people in the UK respond to the same tactics Adam uses in his videos. Would it be as easy to get them to admit that taxation is theft? That democracy is just mob rule? Heck, I wish there was some way to quantify how differently people in the US vs the UK think in terms of freedom.

To be honest, I think it'll be split 50/50 when it comes to accepting new ideas. A lot of people I know are VERY left-leaning individuals who just see the idea of liberty as a reason to smoke pot... Obviously, this is not what freedom is all about, but they refuse to hear otherwise. On the other hand, I know a few people who are determined to change the way the government rules, and so perhaps it's my job to step in and say "Do we need a Government at all?!"

Once they grasp the very simple moral code of:
  • Don't Hurt
  • Don't Kill
  • Don't Steal
  • Don't Vandalise/Damage Property
  • Don't abuse anybody else's right to live their life the way they see fit (provided they respect your right to do the same)
  • Make Everything Voluntary
Only then can we progress towards making people see the potential this world has, if we just get rid of the source of all problems... Government. People in the UK always seem to want more and more restrictions on things they don't do or want themselves, but are perfectly fine with Government doing these things instead. At least (from what I've seen in Adam's videos) people in America are open to the suggestion of a truly voluntary and free society. People in the UK however don't want change... and when they do, it's only because they're so easily blinded by the mainstream media.

A lot of Americans seems to take an interest in unique ways of thinking. Here in the UK, people are just too lazy to think, let alone find a reasonable media outlet that doesn't just update you about the new iPhone 9 or the updated McDonalds menu...

The message of FREEDOM! can be spread in so many different ways! Whether you're on a budget, don't have much time, or just have a lack of resources... Find the best form of communication and experiment with it! Here's a few ideas:
  • Hand out flyers and/or cards explaining who Adam Kokesh is/What Voluntaryism is/How we can strive towards a truly free society through peaceful interaction!
  • Make YouTube videos! They don't need to be perfectly edited or shocking and controversial... if you're getting your point out there, DO IT!
  • If you think you can change the mind of one person, DO IT! That 1 person might just tell all of their friends about the idea of Voluntaryism!
  • Buy a FREEDOM! sticker and place it right where people can see it ;) Back of your car maybe? Any FREEDOM! gear will do!
  • Above all... TALK TO PEOPLE! Nothing says "peaceful solutions" like talking. Sitting down and discussing both sides of an argument is the most effective way of understanding people! Twitter/Facebook rants are cool and all... but only when you've already grasped the idea!
